SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
To return eligible items, you must request a return within 3 days after you receive the item(s). 

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
Items received after 3 days or with the security tag missing or removed, are not eligible for return.

Perfumes are non-returnable because of transportation regulation, but if the item arrives damaged or defective, you may request a return or replacement through Your Orders by providing an image of the item and its defects.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Beauty items due to health reasons. Please make your selections carefully.

In addition, final sale items are ineligible for the Return. 

RETURNS PROCESS TIMING
Once your return has been received a confirmation email will be sent. After your return is accepted by iPosher, please allow up to three (3) business days to complete the authorization process.

RETURNS WITH PROMOTIONAL SITE CREDIT
If part of your original purchase was made with promotional site credit, that portion will be refunded with site credit and subject to the original terms and conditions. Promotional site credit refunds with an expiration date will only be valid until the original expiration date. If the original expiration date has already passed at the time of return, your site credit refund will be valid for three days after you are refunded.

Non-Returnable Items
Non-returnable items are listed as “Final Sale”. Final sale items are not eligible for return and will not appear in your eligible items for return. We let you know when an item is a final sale, by noting it in the product description and it may also be noted on your packing slip.

Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Items
Our Members are at the heart of what we do. We hope the package you receive is exactly what you wanted. If you believe a product was shipped in error from iPosher, or if it arrives defective or damaged, we want to help. Please contact us via email at Help@iPosher.com with images, so we will take care of with 24-72 hours.

Refund Timelines
Where we issue a refund and subsequently determine in our discretion that your return did not comply with our return policy and/or was the result of fraud, we reserve the right to recharge your payment method on file for the merchandise.

Gift Returns
If you received an item from iPosher as a gift, and are dissatisfied, you may return the item for Merchandise Credit. Please contact your Concierge via the email at Help@iPosher.com.

Please have your gift receipt or pack slip ready, which lists your order number or shipment ID.
